Well, after getting out of the bunk, dressing, fixing my hair and stumbling into the terminal to use the lousy kiosk, it wouldn't submit. So........I sent Richard a lovely email advising him of my opinions. I'm quite sure he'll never see it but I feel better. :biggrin_2559:

Do you not receive those QC messages once in a while, "Thanks for all you do", and "We appreciate your dedication to on time service, helping make Swift Best In Class"?

Yeah i get them. Get the ones that'll say "thank you for being 100% on-time for the past month"...or the "thank you for keeping your DCI at 4%" (while 90% of the rest of the fleet idle cause its 85). But if you really want to show your appreciation, you'd not screw me out of getting my $50 bonus i got before i went on a dedicated regional account for doing the same thing. I'm not a driver that needs a pat on the back for a good job. I know when i'm doing a good job....cause i was raised the right way, to work for my pay. reward the drivers by keeping them rolling, or reinstate that $50 bonus for drivers who are accident free, 100% on time and zero service fails for the last rolling 12 mo.
