    Well after 6 mo here at Werner I'm leaving and going to Conway. Any current drivers have any advice tips ect about what to expect?

    going to truckload.. not sure if your referring to orientation as boot camp. but im just doing 3 day orientation then headin out solo

    Lots of papers to sign and you most likely have to do a 45 degree backing on the first day and driving test on the second. Get through that and your in. I guess you don't have to go out with a trainer then. Some do some don't. Must be if you have less than 6 months with another company you would have to d 3750 miles.
