I'm sure he's seen plenty of psyco's in Red Volvo's. I haven't spoken to him for a couple weeks.

Nope none of them was me. I typically hang out out in the boonies just across the state line in Indiana. :biggrin_25525:

Yeah been extremely busy and trying to study for all my certification tests I have to do. Plus I knew you were at home enjoying some time off. I'll try and give ya a buzz later this week. I'll be on my own after I pass my next test hopefully before the end of the week.

Well Injun...ever heard of "Legend in His Own Mind"?
First off...I agree with Black W900, his fuel... his money. Also he knows his truck, how to handle it and what it costs to run it.
To answer your question...I'd say if you have been driving for 4 years, you graduated from rookiedom about 2 years ago!
You know you have a daily fight on your hands because of who you work for...as far as respect goes. Nothing you can do about that.
Plenty of truth about saving money by reducing speed. But, you gotta remember big companies with thousands of trucks and drivers that are paid by the mile might over emphisize the importance. After all...how else are they gonna defend to their thousands of drivers "why they are being passed by everyone on the big road". Like W900 said, his freight pays more. Believe it! Some of us are in this for the money and we've figured out ways to make it and not just by driving slow.
Anyway...to get back to that legend in his own mind thing, I pretty much think I know it all too!
