Bobobrazil: I wasn't referring to BW9. I haven't seen him acting all arrogant and chesty unless someone asks for it. My experience thus far with him is he takes people on their own merits rather than the "reputation" of the company they choose to work with. Of course, if someone pulls a know-it-all, got-the-industry-by-the-short-ones attitude with him, he's more than happy to dish it out. While I stand on the side lines and giggle about it in most cases. I refuse to be lumped in with any group. Take me for me or don't waste your time. Which is why my question of rookies came up. That said, I will call someone out who pushes it too far, gets personal, includes me in an argument I wasn't voluntarily part of or who has no idea what they are talking about. And arrogant people who think just because they can go triples they are better, more knowledgeable and safer than the rest of us.
