Trying not to be nervous, and trying to keep yourself from thinking that your going to choke during the testing....
I got a 100% on my PTI, 1 point off on the backing and 1 point off on the road test, and I was STILL nervous the whole time I was going to mess up lol

The hardest part for me to master was the vehicle inspection by memory for your actual test.....but you will get plenty of practice in class. The permit test is very simple, but I understand they are designing a standard national test that will be a bit harder.

Just relax Pardner. The tester knows you are as green as the grass. If you have any ????'s, ask. For instance, can I double cluth or float the gears? Do you want me to downshift and if so, how many times ?

just take your time & try to relax, you will git over the hump. just remember we all had to go through this to get our cdl.

I thought chefy79 was talking about the written CDL test??? If that's the case, it depends on you but, for me the hardest parts to memorize were the air brakes and the hazmat sections.

The hardest part is what you make it to be. If you've studied and know the material, you've got nothing to worry about. Be confident!

I think one of the hardest parts for me is memorizing numbers - how much pressure for the breaks - when the alarm is to sound - how long to pump the tanks up - etc...
