This this is very reason everyone preaches "DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!". There is literally a ton of info out there on "fleece" purchases. Do your research and you won't have these problems.

Totally true I just left this company they lead you on like you have no brain tissue. I still can't believe that they think that they are a true honest company ( big Denial). They make their profit from the employees pockets ( what a real shame). Total greed. I don't think the old man had this in mind when he first started the company. If he did then they deserve whats coming.

Is it a Flease purchase or a Flease?
Your main clue is the back of their doors.......note the order they put it in!
LEASE
TRAIN
DRIVE
Any other stupid questions?
If you have 3-6 months run don't walk to somewhere else!! -
One of the first thing I ever noticed years ago when I found myself actually paying attention to the back doors of trailers. I always wondered if I was the only one that made the same conclusion.
LEASE
TRAIN
DRIVE
HA HA HA HA HA -
On their website they advertise company solo positions and their recruiters give you false info. Also, not all of their trailers say that, so it's not really a stupid question.. what if you never saw their trailers but went to their website? =/Last edited: May 13, 2011

Well a vast majority of their trailers state that order. Besides if you are looking at a company to go train with stay away from england. They will attempt to shove that fleece on top of you. You will not make anything no matter what they tell you.

how can they dupe you?
-
what is a fleece, i know its a bad lease, what two words make up fleece?
-
Have you ever heard the term "being fleeced"? It's not a combination of words in this case...more like a play on words that happens to be true, and even more so when it comes to CR England.

IMO "FLEASE" is the proper spelling.
