Current Drivers Question

When a driver quits this seems to be the primary reason. Those 40 to 50 new upgrades a week should tell you something. It is simple math keep as many drivers under a year as you can. Once you get a year you are expendable to USA Truck, unless you are either a Trainer or a pet. This is not sour grapes speaking, it is simply listening to the older drivers talk along with my observations. This is the primary reason I have no plans to go much past my first year.

 

Im sorry to hear that WV. You started out with such promise. After 6 months I am experiencing difficulties myself. Im gonna reserve judgement just for now. Im still willing to give USA the benefit of the doubt.........but the benefit is shrinking fast.

 

One day the federal money USA Truck gets for hiring new drivers will run out, and some of the tax deductions will be removed. Soon afterward the doors at that over priced mansion in Van Buren may very well close. I always carry enough money on me to get my stuff shipped home and myself a bus ticket. I am not kidding here, ask some of the drivers of companies that went under what happens when they are on the road and a trucking company closes. I just don't see how USA Truck can keep on doing what they are doing into perpetuity, Pam trucking is just like USA Truck too. I just hope I can get my year in so I can get that $6000 school tuition paid. Because by then I will be long gone. Actually there needs to be an investigation by the government into the wasteful way USA Truck used that money.
