trans am trucking is horrible all around

they where this way years ago and still the same always finding a sucker to take the bait , always check out your leasor before signing the line !!!

 

Ihave a pre hire from trans am but i am not sure i should go with them after reading all the stuff on here about them i dont plan on leasing no matter what they throw at me also prehire from swift dont know what to do please help out a newbie

 

Glad you have a prehire. Do your research the best you can and make a choice from there. Get a year or 2 under your belt then you can move to a better company.

 

There's a special place in hell for these lease purchase scammers. They tell these naive people "Oh your gonna make $100,000 dollars a year." What they fail to tell you is Trans-Am is going to steal $82,000 dollars back. Yes you still have to pay tax out of your $18,000. If you have any business sense go somewhere like Prime. You can lose your rear just as quick there but at least if you know what your doing you can make a good living.

Better yet just drive a company truck for someone other than any company that has a lease purchase scam. If you can't live off bringing home 800-1200 bucks a week your in the wrong business.

These companies and there horrible treatment of people just gives me heartburn. Trans-Am sucks and no I have never driven for them thank God.

Lease this truck or wait up too two weeks in hotel for a truck. I quit! Okay then pay us back for all incurred (grossly inflated) expenses.

YEA!!!!!! Am picking up the final load for this comapny tomorrow. Hopefully. Quit date is the 26th and this load delievers in TX the 23 rd. Should be OTR to the house shortly after!!!

 

they informed me when i applied that leasing was my only option. i guess it will be my last resort.........
