    I am in Ohio.
Yesterday I ate at Azteca. What's Azteca? Only the #1 voted Mexican restaurant in Akron, OH. I think seeing the Akron Fire Dept. there for lunch was a good sign.

You know I have only been a member here for a very short time but I have noticed there a quite a few people who get all bent out of shape over truthful post. I for one appreciate post that get right to the point and aren't sugar coated but it seems that many people just can't handle the truth.

    Les2 and Bumpy Thank this.

Dave, I don't know your truck, but it must have a fuse in the fuse box, that you can remove and that will not show idle.... it's worth checking... :yes2557::biggrin_25525:

The truth is a very rare commodity these days fer sure.

"They" are the named and UN-named Idiots at the company. If THEY really cared, dontcha think they would arrange to get my APU fixed? But DM called recently and harrangd me about my mileage. I said well SOMEBODY has to be number 93 out of 93 afterall.....

Parked at WalMart supercenter in MO, 50 mins from shipper where I p/up on Monday. This WM here has parking for semis... really nice... :biggrin_25519: Met a lady at restroom today, she told me she used to drive a truck with her former husband in the 70's.... I can just imagine how FUN was to truck in the 70's and I wish I had started at least 25 years ago. I used to hitchhike with truckers in my country of origin in the early 80's... that was one of the BEST times in my life... I know well that trucking now has almost NOTHING to do with trucking then.... Now it's just a job, no freedom, no fun, just stress, regulations, (elog), danger, too many people doing this just for any money... :biggrin_25513:

I drove Columbias and now Cascadia Freightliner but the driver who showed me the fuse drives a Pro Star International. He said it's a small 5 Amp fuse inside the fuse box on dash in front of passenger seat. You may have to read the panel and experiment with that. Remove the fuse and turn truck on and A/C on and check performance on your QC. If it shows no RPM and doesn't add up any idle while you are idling with A/C on, that's the right fuse. At least, that's how it worked with this truck here. :biggrin_25525:
