Going out on a limb here, but if Joe really does read these threads every day, he obviously has to take some reading lessons!!! Because he has done absolutely nothing to make a positive difference in his company or even his terminal! Personally if I knew that my employees were that unhappy, I would work tirelessly to change things. But I guess that's why I'll never make it in management, because I care!!!

 

I dunno, when I worked for him, I really got the idea he was a pretty decent sort of guy. Of course I didn't know him well. My GUESS is that he realizes that there is really NOTHING he can do about the entrenched garbage that Knight has become. It is sad. Really.

 

Any reason why it took you 605 posts to make a non dramatic and factual one?

I second your motion and agree with everything you said on here sir. And as for all you recruiters...get OFF the truckers forum ######!

 

I'm still trying to figure out what a "feloine" is. It sounds French, but it isn't. C'est la chatte, ou quoi ? A cat, or a horny lot lizard with long fingernails is what comes to mind, definitely trouble if a driver has to go home to his wife.

The only thing I was able to glean from this is that Knight may not be the best place for an illiterate company driver to drop his anchor.

Why you say he illiterate? He might have both mama and papa. That make him very literate. . .
