    Finishing up school at NTI in Florida on July 22. I'm scheduled for orientation at Con-way in Joplin on Aug. 1

    Conway hires in all lower 48. They say they will get you home in eight days or less after you highlight home.

    Make sure you have two to three weeks supply of clothes.

    ltl companies be it Conway Freight or Fedex Freight, which I drove for considers line haul a top pay job. I made my last couple years at Fedex Frieght $80,000 per year.

    With all due respect to BunkBoy, I suggest 1 weeks worth of clothes and plan on doing laundry once a week. The reason is, space is limited in the trainers truck, you will actually have to share your bunk with your luggage. Don't forget work gloves bedding and pillow. I had one duffle bag that can fit in an overhead of an airplane and a laptop. I didn't have room for more. There will always be enough time to do laundry in a terminal (cheaper) of a truck stop.

    Very true, I.m sleeping with my duffle bag, these t660 without the condos are tight:biggrin_25523: Glad its only 7500 miles.
