Good Luck Driver !!

Make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb and get it corrected before you start running loads. Once you start running, its difficult to get anything fixed right without taking a few days of downtime.

J_FROG is right. I've been lucky that none of my units have ever had really serious mechanical issues; but, on the other hand, I've spoken with quite a few drivers whose average weekly mileages have been hurt by constant breakdowns, etc.

But on a good note, when mine would breakdown, I'd sit there sometimes 5-6 days and get paid $120/day for breakdown

Truck is in pretty decent shape. Had one headlight out, but there were extra bulbs in the truck. Only issues the guy that had it before took the mattres out of it. Guess he might of bought his own. Also the windshield has a leak not major but enough you can see it.

Speaking from experience be verycarefull if you have to have your truck worked on and will be down for a day or 2. I picked up my and took it to terminal to get fixed. I was down for a few days and thought I was getting down time pay (WRONG) . My fleet manager said since I had not delivered a load that I was not intitled to get downtime pay. So be careful and get everything in writing from your fleet manager . Do not trust them they will lie to cover there own ###.

Thats when you talk to his boss and get things sorted out.

Has anyone been out to the phoenix terminal yet? If so how is it

I was there a few days after they opened. It was small and part of some sort of international dealer or something... Had a lounge with 4 chairs, microwave, and a TV. Also had restrooms. The shop there looked to be pretty good in size, the initial parking (right behind shop) isn't very big but looks like USA bought/leased the lot behind the building next to them for the use of trailer drop/hooks.
If you aren't familiar to the Phoenix area it may or may not be hard to find for you. When I ran out west I was in that area of Phoenix quite a bit and learned just to take the side streets when the interstate was backed up
