dang i changed mine in the truckstop parking lot in about 30 minutes. not that hard to do.

I agree, that is a quick DIY job.

So all the other drivers that got there ahead of you need to wait so you can get two shocks on that take 15 min. to put on that YOU couldn't do? Trucks are put in line as they come in, also, it helps to come in with a good attitude, if you come in thinking your $%%^ don't stink and they should bow down to you, you'll be the LAST truck worked on.

What's sad is that isn't the longest wait I've heard for a clutch at that same exact place. I've heard 20+ days from two others.
-
So you were there when he walked in and DEMANDED to have his truck worked on. Maybe it did happen like that I wasn't there but I can tell you Rush Truck Center is the one with the attitude
I guess they don't pay well because it sure does show.

Truckcity in Gary is the worst Freightliner dealer I know of. I lived in Hammond until about 5 years ago and know them all too well. Years ago if I wanted some extra time off I would put my truck in the shop there just to get a week or 2 off at home.Ops85 Thanks this.
