6 years ago I had an accident at home and got severly burned. Rolled a tractor backwards and went to Washington Burn Center for 30 days. You need to go there and just visit. You lose all decorum the first day and from then on you can pee in front of Congress or a Congregation in church.

Add hair and Halloween sores/fake blood to the unit as well. Talk to your unit like "You're such a goood boy, ahhh isn't nice to have some fresh air Willy?"

If you think that's humiliating, leave now. We have to submit to random tests constantly at work. It's only going to get worse in the future. Uncle Slam wants to save the rest of the world from US and constantly attempts to catch us misbehaving. Urine tests, questionnaires, blood/oxygen level testing, searches, inspections- we've all been where you are, humiliation is one of the main reasons experienced drivers leave this career field.

So prostrate yourself before authority and beg for consideration or work somewhere else where drug testing isn't important. Somewhere like.. Law Enforcement?

Actually most agencies do pre hire drug tests, random as well as reasonable suspicion. Most also have to submit to polygraph or voice stress analysis prehire and on demand. In most states law enforcement cannot refuse without sanction to take a polygraph and are generally not covered under the federal Employee Polygraph Protection Act. Don't think he'll make it there either.

I've always wondered if I could pee if someone was actually watching me during a drug test. Are they staring right at your junk or just standing behind you or what?

I've had them standing beside me staring at my junk, other times behind me and a few times standing outside the door. Anyhow, it's just something you get used to if you plan on working any where worth a flip.
