They say 35-40cpm.... LOL, its. 35 but you can get up to. 40 if you "hit all the bonuses"!
I dunno, I had a vision of trying to drive while playing some stupid board game. "Our drivers average 2200-2500 miles per week" LOL! what the crap are you supposed to do the rest of the week?

 

If you can't run me 2800-3200 minimum average duringb the slow season..... screw that.

 

I never understood why anyone would come here and pump up there company like that. Who cares? Enjoy your job and let your company worry about boasting about how great they are. I guess most are trying to get a recruitment bonus.

 

That was kinda random..... all truck companies are like new cars and women, they are all crap! You just have to find the crap you can deal with.

 

If you cant make at least .40 cpm and get 3000 miles a week OTR, your wasting your time and life.

 

You find me 1 OTR company that will hire a newbie and pay them .40cpm. Heck, you're pretty hard pressed to find OTR companies that will hire experienced company drivers at .40cpm!

Then your wasting your time, I didnt start out making that OTR but 2 yeasr later I was making 41cpm and $15 every stop. Many private carriers pay that or more.
