Got empty early this morning in Exeter. What a place to find at 6am. Gotta love the industrialized north east. They put these places in God awful locations and have only one way in and one way out. The only reason I can see why places like this are dropped in areas like this is because the town, county and state must have given these companies tax breaks out the wazoo to relocate in these towns. It has to be, it isn't because of the fine quality of life this area affords. End of rant!

Checked in with Louie, he said to see him after lunch. My truck is getting a complete service along with the APU. My only write up is for new drive tires. It's time.

 

Got my dispatch. Two pickups, one in Conklin NY, then back down to Pittston to final out. Then on to Portland Oregon for two drops on Monday. I just checked the weather and it's not looking good across Wyoming. Oh well, this is why we get paid the big bucks. As soon as my truck is done I'll load my chains up then leave. My wife asked me if I would be able to do this trip on time seems as how I've been home every 5 days for the last 3 months.
