Did I hit this guys truck?

OH! MY MY MY! You didn't even touch his truck!
If you had, he would have been screaming for your insurance information and drivers license number, your safety departments phone number and had his camera out documenting everything!If you had "hit" his tire then 1 of two things could have happened:
If it was the leading part of the tire then as the bumper when back it would have broken the seal and then the rim would have been bent real nice to where he was NOT going to drive until a road crew fixed the rim and tire.
OR
If it was the back section it would have still broken the seal and maybe even torn a big chunk out of the fender!

This sounds like those morons that if you get too close they'll jump out and accuse you of "ALMOST " HITTING HIS CRAP!"

No kidding!

I had an idiot come unglued one day and I looked at him and asked him"ALMOST?" and he was still all sputtering all over the place and I just crossed my arms across my chest and looked him in the eye and asked him if he had a cell and he said yes and I told him to call my safety lady.

The moron did!

I stood there as his face got red and his jaw fell to the ground!
Then my cell rang and it was her assistant on and she was laughing her asse off with the rest of the office as safety had it on speaker phone and the whole office was rolling all over the floor!

I got to hear her still chewing on what was left of this morons arse and it wasn't a pretty sight!

Well he finally figured out that he was going to keep on getting roasted and hung up on her and almost started in on me and I still had the phone on and it was my turn!

I looked at him and calmly said "Dude, Next time some one is backing in next to you watch and shut up until they get all the way in and if any paint comes off or chrome than you have a reason to scream but if there is NO contact shut your blowhole under your nose as it seems to make you look real stupid!
OH he was about to come unglued again with this near miss when a cop drove up! Someone had called them thinking someone was about to get hurt and when he asked, this idiot is still going on about almost getting hit so the cop told him to shut up and listen closely. If you were NOT hit then what the F is the problem? Moron could only stand there with his mouth gulping air like a fish as I got in the truck and finished backing into the spot and did not even have to do a pullup as I was in the center of the lane!

Some people do nothing but waste air the mentally challenged need!

true thats why you have insurance. if you hit his tire there shouldve been some proof. gouge or cuts and your bumper maybe bent or holding rubber

I would of called him a nancy. I would agree with what was said before, he was on something or just one of those crabby unhappy with life miserable idiots. I would of tried to get him to hit me so if he was on something the cops would come, arrest him, and he would loose his CDL and that is 1 less moron we have to worry about out here.

 

One of those that it just so happens...the best day of his life will be the day he dies.

FYI...across the street on the other side of 30 there's a 24 hour restaurant with a huge dirt lot and a junky c-store fuel stop if you need anything. It's easy to get in and out of. The last time I went to that TA, took those idiots 4 hours to change a trailer tire. Never been back.

 

If you didn't hit his truck, he might have just been upset that you were taking the parking spot he was trying to save for one of his 'super-trucker' buddies!
Always carry a camera in the truck, so if they do say you hit them, take pictures, they last longer than memories!

 

I was hit in a truck stop once and the guy got out ,, was so shock up he actually yelled at me for being parked next to the spot he was trying to back into,,I simply looked at him,, thought for a minute,, and busted out laughing. He also busted out laughing and we had a good cup of coffee (which he bought),, What it all boils down to is some people get upset and don't realize what they are saying.
Even if you hit someone,or someone hits you,which it happens alot,, don't get too upset,, the truck can be fixed.
Yelling, screaming,and, fighting doesn't do a thing but make things worse,, take a deep breath in either situation and calmly work things out, you will find things turn out better.

 

Unless its my case when I got hit, its hard to keep calm. Im and OIF and OEF vet and hate dealing with middle eastern people who speak not one word of english. Yeah Mr. Ali took my mirror off PULLING OUT of the spot in a REST AREA and didnt know it so I had to go running after him in nothing but gym shorts. No shoes or anything!!!! I wanted to hurt him but I managed to keep my cool. Just saying it would be my luck after dealing with people of his intelligence level over seas I had to do it under the circumstances at home.
