I just got an email that adresses trucks that are CARB certified going into California ports and picking up loads for other drivers without a CARB certified truck. If you do this (I have on occasion) in the state of California you will fined and so will the carrier UNLESS the load goes out of the state's borders. This includes loads destined to ports within California unless the switch is made outside the state lines.

These no good B******S just need to go away. I guess they wont learn until we just all shut them down, No freight in or out of Cali.

    Magnum1 and scottied67 Thank this.

I have already made up my mind not to go into Ca from the east unless load pays over $2.75 mi to the truck.
