I worked for SNI for three years, but have not worked for them for the last three. You will get lots of short to medium loads with SNI. They are honest and you'll be paid on time. Terminal network is outstanding. Talked to a few former USX drivers when I worked with SNI and they all said they made more money with SNI. I have periodically looked at Melton since I live in Oklahoma and am considering a return to the industry. Their drivers seem to like them and they have a pretty loyal driving force seems like. Also seems, that they are short on miles at times so that scares me a bit.

As for Melton miles, I was told by the recruiter they are running 2200-2500 a week. Some drivers are telling me they are running 2000-2200 right now. When I drove there I ran some good weeks and some less than good. It varied from 1800 on weeks I went home to upwards of 2500.
It is a good company in my opinion. It has faults, but they all do. If you do good and treat them professionally, they will do the same.
