I am a woman new grad from Colorado. I was hired by JBS out of greely and failed my backing test, sent home. They now hold my certificate hostage until I pay them for my schooling. Essentially blackballed! No company will hire me now. I need the experience, otr and more backing, school only teaches us so much.
I am willing to team up with o/o .. or anyone who is experienced and is willing to take me on. I do know how to drive, passed my cdl test with 100%.
