p.s. after pre-tripping the truck I totally went to get my nails done. Then dinner. Then throwing 50g of diesel in. Priorities, man.

 

Hey there, Bumpers. Glad to know somebody missed me. Hammer hit the nail on the head ..........working the night shift and it SUCKS. I get here at 1530 and get to leave when the last load picks up (which is mysteriously at 0330). I'm done with my work by 1830 then sit here the rest of the night (day ) trying to stay awake. I've done more jigsaw puzzles and read more news than I've done in my life.

Next month I'm going back to the 8, 3-10's and a 6. Screw these 3-12's and an 8.

I was kinda worried when I saw you were giving up drinking, but had a sigh of relief when sobriety took flight.

I've got one more night of this miserable shift then I plan to see what it feels like to sleep. I get home about 0500, in bed at 0515, up at 1100 and out the door at 1330 just to do it all over again.

Now if I could just get these dang drivers to wake up and come pick up their loads, I'd be a much happier Bear

 

It's now been nearly 17 hours since I got out of bed, and by the time I drive my 1 1/2 hours to get home, I'll get about 5 hours to sleep before I get to do it all over again I'm a grumpy (not Bumpy) Bear

 

We are in Morton,Mn at the Jackpot Junction Casino in a motel. I know this cause I just read the flyer in the room. Today's immediate question is: Do I dare look inside my wallet...Or should I just buy a new one and start over?

No need to worry much my dear,my lapses into Reality never last long.Last good day I had "there" was in 6th Grade,October18th,1972..My older 13 year old G.F. kissed me.. And I have been in a tailspin ever since.
