Why do you need a "good" hiding spot? If they search your truck what are they looking for? Put in with your laundry>if they want to look @ your dirty Harvey Woods then THEY have an issue.

take my advice and DON'T drink. get high on life instead. if you are planning on traveling with it, you are taking a HUGE risk. is it worth it? hell no. if you just gotta have it, rent a room and drink in the room. never bring it into the truck.

Ol' timer with wisdom...no alcohol on the truck, ever. When parked, pick a spot with buddies on the back row. Rent hotel rooms. Hotel is better. Bring all equipment, walk for beer, have barbeque and invite everyone. Wash and wax truck on Sunday. Clean truck, no trouble, great week-end.

You hide it, get in a wreck and the DOT finds it, just remember, "Do you want fries with that?"

Park at a Walmart when you're goin' on your 10hr, go in n' pick up a 6'er.

As long as you can be bright eyed after the 10, I don't see a problem.

No you cannot have it on the truck opened or unopened without a shipper's manifest accounting for it.

There are reports of drivers getting locked up for DUI even when their truck was broke down and parked in a safe location. Driver had over .04 Blood Alcohol Level and was logged Sleeper, trooper took him straight to jail for DUI. You can argue all you want with the lawdog, in the end your day will still be ruined.

Something that the kids are doing nowadays is called Butt Chugging. Evidently at parties some of the kids insert long funnels into their colons while their friends pour alcohol down it while another friend slowly pulls out the funnel. Another method is soaking tampons in alcohol and inserting it into body orifices (boys and girls). Apparently the idea was to get around breathalyzer tests, avoiding calorie intake and avoiding vomiting from drinking too much. Some of these kids are ending up in the hospital due to alcohol poisoning. My big question is who was the first person to come up with this idea for getting drunk? Gives new meaning to the phrase "Bottoms Up"....
