We got the washing machine. Worked on it. And have put it in the utility room.

Home until the AM. Plan is go straight to the office.

No plan ever and I mean EVER survives first contact with the enemy.

We had our home made Thanksgiving dinner yesterday; smoked spiral ham, noodles, mashed taters, corn and peach pie for dessert. It was absolutely yummy, and plenty of left overs to send half of them home with the step daughter.

Today, I've caught up on laundry, took my nap, and ate a few leftovers. I guess I'm about ready to head back tomorrow and start a new work week.

My little girl is laying as close beside me as she can get and yet that isn't close enough, she wants on me. There isn't room on my lap for the netbook and her. She's been on my lap or in bed beside me most of the day. My little Squeaker Guy has been getting on my lap every evening and sleeping for about an hour. When he was a kitten he used to climb up to my neck and sleep there for hours, then he got older and wouldn't come near my lap. Just in the last couple weeks has he started getting up here for a nap in the late evening, and I love it. I love having any of my babies laying close to me.

Started my day in Clinton, SC. Now in Clinton.

    Tennessee.

Deliver 5 miles from here at 0700. Little short load to get out of the house...hoping for a better one after this. Gotta pay for the SmartPhone I just bought. Please do not ask me what kind it is....It's a little black rectangular-lookin' thing with a screen that seems to obey my every command.

Now to figure out how to make a call on it....

I never call, I always just show up the moment I get in town. Sometimes someone is there at the receiver on Sunday afternoon trying to get a jump-start on the week, and they agree to unload the truck.
