dedicated run seattle to la and back

    does carrying reefer back from LA have an avg rate...can i get an avg of 2k from there or does that seem low?

    Definitely to high, i am a dispatcher i have a driver i take care of in kennewick WA and almost always the rate is 1.75 a mile to LA and not much better out of LA back.

    7 years ago I averaged $1.92 pulling produce out of southern California. $2K seems about right unless the rates dropped. I guess it's who you know and what you pull.

    You always want to charge accordingly when running back in forth, in and out of Cali. Especially if you are running North and South constantly. Keep in mind fuel is expensive and the speed limit is 55mph. Not to mention there is much more traffic and mountain driving. Be sure to compensate for these added expenses.

    Wow !!!! You guys haul cheap. I average 4500 to 5000 a week.
