LOL! I wonder how those places survive since their lots always look pretty empty. I've also wondered about all those giant fireworks warehouses, like they are a secret front for something else because they're always open but I never see cars there.

There is a reason the USPS is going broke. I arrived at 13:30 to deliver my 3rd class advertisements. And I watched Heckle and Jeckle mosey about, unload a pallet off the truck next to me that was there 1st, then mosey about chatting...I guess they think they're on a dairy farm, milking the job for all it's worth. Just before their 15:00 quitting time, they told me my trailer would be unloaded by the next crew...so now it's 15:30, on a Friday...20 miles north of the NY/CT line...and I am still waiting on the 1st pallet to be removed...I..M...SCREWED

In the shop in Rochester (that engine light), was told there are 3 recalls on my truck and that would likely take care of the light and the other two headaches. Prostar drivers, maybe get them checked for open recalls? Will keep you posted.

Was in PA. Went to KY. Picked up in KY. Headed back to PA.

Only submitting about 1300 miles this week, but I was off Monday and Tuesday, and with this trip just delivered, it would have been about 2k.

Looks like we're going to get the house my wife likes....just ironing out the details now. Things have been going rather smoothly of late....a little scary!

I think mine has had recall campaign issues every time I take it into our shops...since we have Internarional's mechanics assigned to our major shops, they can handle it w/o taking it to a dealership...thankfully, since many times there is a day or two wait at many of our dealers around our shop. The biggest issues were the defective oil pan/gasket and the egr. But they also had to check the turbo gaskets for exhaust leaks which are big problems with these motors.

Anyone here at p&g in pineville la? Come on there is atleast 10 bobtails here lol. This place sucks was told they are day behind in loads because they had no mts. Yet you can't walk across this mud pit without hitting a loaded Crete trailer. Plus two brought loads in but can't even get a MT to leave. Just don't get it :biggrin_25513:

No, I basically work for Navistar Corporate. We do all of their truck show vehicle movements and Engineering Division Road Testing. I am presently sitting in a Hampton Inn in Corpus Christi doing a computer program test drive. I will be driving around C.C. all day tomorrow and then on to other places in Texas before going back to Denver for a day off and then take this Lonestar to Louisville Kentucky for a week and then back to Denver, drop it and go home to Kerrville. I have just recently moved to Kerrville, In Laws live there, but have never worked here locally. If this gig dries up I may have to go back out and work again....
