Can you take your truck home during hometime?
-
Yes you can if it can be legally and safely parked at your residence. They will give you stuff at orientation explaining equipment storage while home. You will be told that they prefer you to park in authorized drop yards or terminals unless impractical, but the biggest issue is security and legality.

Park mine in front of the house. No problems. Nice that I don't have to leave my personal vehicle sitting someplace unwatched. So much easier to pack and unpack when arriving and leaving.

I park at the west memphis terminal. Can't get a rig to my house. Its on a truck restricted road. Trust me you dont want to take a truck down this road. Even bob tail.

Earnings report miles average includes all the tractors available including those not manned or TBA. I don't run solo very often but most solo drivers I talk to tell me they are doing 2400-2800. I've been solo this week and am looking at around 3100. Miles are picking up for those who are doing what they should be doing.

My miles average 2400-2500 although the last couple weeks have been better , around 3100
