I don't have any pictures of it available, but I assure you I have it. Right now, it's out in the garage, but it's time for the engine to be rebuilt. I have the parts needed, new pistons and all the gaskets, just need to take the cylinders down and have them bored oversize to fit the new pistons.
By the way, apropos of nothing whatsoever, did you know that Lamborghini was the first farm equipment manufacturer to put a diesel engine into a tractor in 1927? Years later, they started building automobiles. -

We almost always fueled up wherever we stopped for the night.

And as a side note, I was reading in another thread about the company you work for. I've been thinking about driving again, but certainly not a dry van (grocery warehouses... ugh). So I've been going through some of the other options:
Flatbed: Uh nope--I don't think my 135 lb ### could sling a 250 lb tarp.
Liquid Tank: Ahh, maybe.
Reefer: No way, been there, done that.
Bulk: Sounds interesting.
It's been about ten years now since I've driven a big truck so I'd have to go back to school. If for nothing else, to come up to speed on all the new regulations.
The method you mentioned, of working loading the tanks as a stepping stone sounds like it might be an option. I'm calling Reid State Technical College today anyway--to see about their CDL program. -
That WM is the reason the owner is ticked off. Because they have their parking area blocked off to trucks with their "head banger" folks park at the truck stop and walk to the WM.
Just so you know MOST tarps don't weigh 250, more like 100. And even then I never lifted them where I didn't have to. I always made the fork lift driver lift them to the top of the load or else I didn't tarp.
Lots of misconceptions and wrong ideas about flat bedding.

Guess I'm lucky - I don't tarp any load. Then again, most of the stuff is going to end up underground anyway - not a lot of reason to tarp it excepting the giant PVC waterpipe (smoke from stacks does "something" to the chemical composition of the plastic and can end up polluting the water supply). Personally, I LOVE flatbedding - and HATE vans/reefers and dirt hauling. Mostly just hate dirt-hauling because I was pulling belly-dumps - they want you to stay in the truck all day long, not get out for anything, and some companies even want you to ask permission to GO TO THE BATHROOM! lol

ahhh and this is why I love linehaul.... no customers - no waiting - no b.s.
