hi double yellow...you should transflo all loads delivered b4 you shutdown at your h/time place, however if your like me there is no transflo stops in my area(state) so I fax them to the joplin terminal...best to call though if you want to check that fax #(I use the same one each time and havent got a complaint yet)....the exception to this is if you have reimbursements dont fax them unless they give you approval, as it takes longer to get reimbursed and you may end up having to call them after your back onboard(O/B)...I either transflo the reimbursements separate after enroute to del ld when back from h/time or make a point to transflo them b4 you get home....hope helps ya some.....

    double yellow Thanks this.

Thanks. I transflo'd my last load, but they had me deadhead another 230 miles from there to get home -- I'm just not sure if there needs to be any paperwork for that last leg...

PS- how do you check option 5? I'm presuming its some touchtone phone menu?

nope...if that was the last load and you transflowed it in...no further transflo required.....its being on h/time and not transflowin a last or prior loads they get upset with....:) a deadhead home there is nothing to send if you have already done the above

Pete I was always told that if the truck is in the shop overnight they have to put you in a hotel. When we had our Slowstar...I mean Prostar and it when down 3 differant times they got us a hotel each time. I would blow some smoke at someone!

Pete...I been in the shop many times wit this so called NoStar...um I mean Prostar...you shouldnt have to put up with that...I have never seen CWT road service refuse hotel approval yet if a truck has to be in the shop overnight..I assuming your using the proper channels...1.Called CWT Road Service 2. Had them contact dealer to find out the diagnosis of your truck. 3.Called your Flt. Mgr and informed him/her of your truck being in shop and where your at....Hotel approval is done by CWT Rd service NOT the dealer...if you dont like the outcome explain to them your situation in detail...trust me my truck has thus far to date kept me in motels a total of 31 days since I've gotten it new(yeah after 5 days you can get another truck assigned, but I dont want a truck of relative same, least I know what has been done to this one, I hate motel/downtime but hey these pieces of junks were noting like my old you know red KW that they took away..I give these trucks a 1 on a scale of 1 ta 10, 10 being the best mechanically). Speak up because your being bamboozled...and by the way let CWT Rd service deal with the dealer, got a question get them to ask the dealer..u know parts arrivals etc) Right now Im in a motel with the so called EGR Valve/Cooler issues as many other drivers are with these NoStars....dont put up with staying in your truck like that..I do it if I arrive later in day at the dealer for like one night as I like to deal with a motel in the morning but hey that next day Im at the motel. If you dont understand ComCheck usage and how it works for motels let me know...in the meantime I will grab another hot shower n relax...Like I said all of us rather be on the road including myself as I run as many miles as I can get in the week...but hey that EGR Valve is such a problem right now they are running 3 shifts 24/7 to produce them(longest I spent in a motel was 13 days..believe me I wasnt a happy camper, and neither was CWT with that dealership!!...Good luck to ya and hey get that motel!
