That's the most ignorant statement I have ever heard you make DG. A good trucker will abide by the HOS laws and take them seriously.

 

I look at it this way- if you can't figure out how to run legal on paper, you're going to have to learn how to do your job all over again when we all get stuck with electronic logs. That's going to mean alot of nights sleeping on an on ramp and all sorts of other BS.
People can run like pirates all they want to, but in the end it's all going to catch up to them. One way or the other.

USA TRUCK has been brought out by another carrier. I wont tell you who, but U will find out soon.

 

We are a publicly traded company that info would have already been released and papers filed with the SEC,you know that already so post the proof as in actual documents that prove this or move on

 

So far you have made a total of 4 posts of bogus information but It wouldn't matter to me if they did get bought out. I can manage just fine with or without USA truck. If they routed me to a terminal today and told me that I was being laid off I wouldn't even care. I would probably take 2-3 month off and then find another job or something else to do.

 

If its soooo widely known at your company that it IS going to happen, why all the secret. Just say who your company is. It can't be a secret if you were told. Cuz the first thing you did was run and tell it here.

 

Why do recruiters from other companies feel they have to post crap on forums to get drivers to come to their company. That must eb because they have nothing good to say about their company, so they have to bad mouth the other companies to recuit.

 

It's probably just a driver from another company fishing to see if any usa drivers have heard anything about a possible merger
