No, I meant I'm not believing what he said about another carrier buying USA out. I saw him post it two different threads, and he's only been registered for an hour. I kinda want some proof on that

    mrrolly Thanks this.

I was informed by my dispatcher on Friday about this. He said that we are just waiting to dot the I's, and cross the T's. He said that we will start to see the changes in about a month, and that buying USA TRUCK will put us in the top 10. We have 4,000 trucks, and adding your 2,300 will put us at 6,300 plus your 6,000 trailers to our 7,000. That's 13,ooo trailers. I think it's a good deal. And when it really happens. You USA drivers should really be happy because if my company keeps you on.... you will be working for a debt free company, and you will enjoy daily or weekly pay, plus our company drivers just got a pay raise for bonuses. We have 31 terminals across the country, and we are a strong powerhouse. All in all..... you guys will be happy.

well let me inform you and your dispatcher that as with the recent acquisition of FFE by KLLM, it takes a while to buy out a publicly traded company and it has to be public knowledge. Also just as when celedon wanted to take us, it has to be agree red upon by the board at USA and a 13D has to be filed with the SEC. No maybe your said company wants to buy USA as did celedon last year but you should really look at how things have to happen.

It seems like you guys are really hooked on USA. Truth be told as your post says USA IS GOING BROKE. It's true, and if another company has to come in, and buy USA out.... why should it bother you? I read all of the financial statements, and it doesn't look good. Eventually someday USA is going to fall apart.
My dispatcher should know what he's talking about because they have a corporate meeting with headquarters every morning at 8 a.m. eastern time.
They are about to file with the SEC very soon, and you will see. Don't say I didn't warn you. And change is good.

They can file all they want. USA will do the same to your company that they did with celedon.

And it also depends on who wants to buy it. Swift has aquired many companies and have made them all worse. They have turned good companies into the garbage that swift is.

It seems to me that USA hasn't informed you guys yet. It's in the works. My company wouldn't come out and tell us this for nothing. We have way more money than Celadon, and maybe USA didn't like the way that Celadon tried to come and take over USA. And when it does happen.... just be lucky you wont be working for Celadon.

Ok. I have been bored so I played along with your troll. Either come with a name and proof or just keep to yourself
