Returnee numbers are impressive.
My point was they all do the same thing and wonder why they can't keep the majority of drivers. Their enormous cash flow allows even the mismanaged companies to participate. That said, I read where USA turnover went from 110% to 60% per year in two years.
A Drivers Solutions tuition is $6000. A Trainee rides around for 3 to 6 weeks, sometimes longer at $350 a week. Then the trainee gets $600 a week for two months tuning his trade and pulling his hair. Then the trainee is more or less baptized by fire further pounding the learning curve until whenever. I'm guessing USA has $9000 to $10000 in most trainees before making a penny on them if they don't tear up something in the while. You'd think there is a better way.
Being relatively new and experiencing the USA retention effort program my contribution was fm dishonesty, poor training and widespread miscommunication. I ain't leaving They just call me up once in a while. And at 32 cents a mile you will not make any money unless you work...... here or anywhere else. -

is usa truck pre pass still turned off

Idk, I used to have it but I don't bother with it anymore. Never saw that much in time savings. Especially when going thru places like Georgia. They red light everybody.

ya Georgia pulls you in everytime. but I just heard they got there pre pass turned off because one of the drivers got drunk and wrecked into a family

I have just deleted two posts for name calling. Both guilty parties will notice one of their posts missing. Name calling is highly frowned upon here. If I catch name calling from either of you again, I will issue infractions. Have a nice day.
d o g Thanks this. -
Im amazed at how easy it is to lite a dead thread. When I saw the guy post the rumor of a buy out I never thought so many people would give him any attention

Slow day, gave me something to do...lol
I have a hard time over looking stupidity. There was no truth to it. The only thing being talked about at knight is a change in pet policy, so I doubt he does or ever worked there.Weeman7898 Thanks this.
