You were the one that started with the name calling earlier, making people mad deliberately and getting them to talk bad to you. And you keep pushing it. We all keep telling you to go post on your own forum because you are just starting trouble here. You keep pushing us to make the decision to lash out at you. Go somewhere else and start problems somewhere else please. Otherwise, truck drivers are going to speak their minds about you and the things you keep saying. For example, what you are doing on this thread is like you coming into our company's yard and doing donuts in your tractor and talking bad to our drivers thinking no one will say something. You think people aren't going to get mad by you doing what you are doing without you showing actual proof? Go away please and leave us be unless you have some formal official proof.

I'm talking about proof of your company and their supposed bid to buy us out
-
I'm not anywhere near Nashville, otherwise I would go up to your truck see what kind of proof you have of Knight buying us out
-
Cool with me one less bottom feeder company!

All I tried to do was let you guys know what I heard, and was expecting to see if you heard the same. Then Retired Sargent started with the so called name calling, and a few others. But I guess the stress of knowing that your company is going bankrupt or about to be brought out has really got you upset. Rule number 1. Don't put your heart, and soul into a job because one day.... they will let you down. Put your faith, and trust in GOD because your job is just your resource. I like what dude said earlier. He doesn't care who's name on the side of the truck. As long as he get's a paycheck. But the rest of you guys are really all about USA TRUCK. USA can fire your behind for no reason tomorrow, and what would you say about them then? The same goes for me with Knight. Just stop getting all mad about this possibility, and be thankful that you are, and will still get a paycheck no matter what the outcome will be. Good Knight.

Weeman. I don't have the proof. I heard by word of mouth Friday.

If I wanted to go somewhere else I would. And yes I have been driving for a year solo, the whole year here at USA and I like it. Call me a newbie it doesn't bug me. And I am not new to the trucking industry, been around it for a long time, my dad has been driving for 8 years and my grandfather for 45 years. I have a 0 on my CSA, all of my inspections are clean and most of them on HAZMAT loads. I have friends who drive for other companies and have told me the gist of things at their respective companies including one for knight, and his experience was not pleasent as were other drivers I have spoken to on many occasions that drive for knight.

And they could fire you for talking about this on this forum too,you surely are smart enough to know that.I doubt they gave you any kind of consent to talk about a deal of such magnitude on a public forum, your comments of having such knowledge of alleged transaction could drive up the price of stock if your knowledge of such info is valed,i believe they call that insider trading or some such you would be in a lot of trouble
Weeman7898 Thanks this. -
But the way you started out by saying you heard it, as some other drivers felt, was sort of taunting. Like "I know something that you don't," and typical drivers will react and put their 2 cents in.

Weeman. No trucking company is perfect. Every company has it's flaws. It's what you make of it. Everybody is going to complain about something because one thing I've learned is that you can't please everybody in this world. Speaking for myself... my experience with Knight has been great. That's why I stayed here this long. Like I said before.... maybe it was their dispatcher. That's what I hear a lot. It's not Knight as a whole. Knight operates the terminals separately which I think is ok because it makes you feel at home. They know you by name, and not a truck number. In my opinion when you operate as one big company... they only know you by truck number. You have a good record, and keep it that way. You can go to any company that you want with no problem. Like I said before.... don't shoot the messenger. My bad for making you guys upset. I just wanted to know if you heard the rumour, but I guess not.
