0 to 6 .32cpm
12 to 23 .34cpm

 

they gave me 41 cpm when i started but ive got more than 5 years verify otr exp

 

I have more than 5 years with USA and I dont even get that. The top of the scale is .44 cpm with 10+ years experience.

 

Oops. Better call and get that pay fixed lol.

 

I guess some people are so special at performing a job that any moron can do so they get paid more than everyone else. Its just another driver shooting a bunch of BS out of his mouth

Wow DG,how do you know what anyone makes,how do I know?Do you really believe we are all paid the same based off of years experience or tenure with the company?I really don't think that your that naïve.Everyones situation is different as is there pay,in any line of work.There are guys making more than me with 6 years here and there are guys making less than me with 6 years,its just the way it is.I think its a bunch of assuming on your part to think that him ,me or anyone else is or is not making that with 5 years or better.

 

Well I'm asking for a raise tomorrow. I'm asking for 0.67 a mile in russian rupels. Got to be worth more than us dollars now a days.

 

You know what the pay scale is. Stop talking s h I t and just post a check stub. At least I don't need to lie about what I earn to make myself feel good. If anybody is making more than the established pay scale its just because they are real good at kissing a s s and that wouldnt be anything to be proud of. Nobody out there has any special abilities over the next guy. This is a no brainer job that you can train a monkey to do so what would USA's desire be in paying someone more than the next guy? Its a shame that someone cant post a question in a forum without getting a bunch of made up answers.
