And the Meadors sure beats the Hotel Carlisle in Carlisle Pa. where USA puts you when you breakdown there. I went to bed in one room and the bugs carried me out to the entrance and left me amongst the 30 or 40 empty beer cans laying around there.
Place makes the Meadors look like the Hilton.

You will probably move to bunkhouse second day. Most everyone in my orientation did.

goes to show...roaches LOVE roaches! You "snuggle" up with your roaches at the Meadors! I stayed there with my trainer, when I was at USA, and even HE was scared of the rat-infested dump! He was more happy to be in his new truck the next day....guess it was due to him finding a few dead bugs in his sheets! That was funny! Well, until I saw I had nothing but cigarette burns in all of my sheets! haha

You are correct, first night before orientation I was at the Medors, then moved to the bunkhouse. Both was decent in my opinion: no bugs, insects, or funky smell. While the Medor's is an older establishment, I can see how each room varies, and each experience is different based upon personal opinion. No, it's not the Hilton, but then again not all Hilton's are great either. Still, orientation is done and now I'm waiting on a trainer, at least I'm getting paid to wait.

    Gold_Miner and J_FROG Thank this.
