    $150 a day x 3, $2902 In repairs.

    What is your bottom line when you are on the road incurring overhead? Does the 2902 cover the full cost of the repairs?

    Yeah, the $2902 will cover repairs.
    I NET $495 a day, over the past 6 weeks, based on 7 days a week. On top of that would be my fixed expenses like insurance etc, along with cash advances etc. So the real figure is a little higher, but I just said the $495.
    Now the head abused, Eugene Duncan, says he will "consider" reimbursement for a rental truck, if I can find one to pull a RGN etc. Idiotic.
    Then he says he "needs" 3 years tax returns, to consider my net income. BS.
    I offered the past 6 weeks pay statements, they dont care. Looks like he is trying to find a way out now, which was unfortunately to be expected from my reading.
    I emailed the Head Counsel, so that is my last hope. Otherwise, we will see "where it goes"

    I would hang right in there and duke it out with them, they haven't even offered you driver wages at $150 per day. I think you can get what you are asking, it is not unreasonable plus with the evidence that you have it could only be an embarrassment to them, if it has to go to court, I am sure that the attorney fees could be added to your claim.
