I'm starting school Monday at TDI in richburg sc. I already have 5 pre hires from swift, Roehl, schneider, werner, and covenant, and I've spoken to maverick and melton recruiters. I've been lookin into each company and wanted advice. I've done research but it's a little inconsistent from website to website. Help?

Right now my top 3 are maverick, melton, and roehl. Maverick and melton because of money and roehl because of home time plus

Looks like 3 pretty good choices. If frequent home time is important that's just something each person has to factor in to the decision.

Home time isn't a top priority I know you have to do atleast a yr OTR and you can start moving around I'm jus focused on gettin training and learning as much as possible

I would focus on these 3. Just based on what I've seen. Good luck. Look at forums-motor carriers, the inside scoop - sub category - trucking companies . . . for more info.

    Take grains of salt :)

NickA, GITRDUN45 and Chinatown Thank this.
