You will get a lot of info from drivers here. I tend to keep it simple if I can.

TMC is not the company it used to be. If those 2 brothers still own the place, then forget them. McElroy is a tough place to work. If you are a choir boy, give them a try. I have been considering Maverick myself. They do have excellent training and different divisions to work with.

I am old. I'm an owner operator. I ran with TMC many times. Their the "Marine Corp" of truck companies.

The drivers I met were well on their way too the top. Flat Bedding is a very easy job, if you know enough to be one. First step to heavy haul. The others I don't know. I ran with them in the late 90's. I don't wear "sweat pants, & Air Jordan shoes. I have a "Chain Drive wallet" in case it falls out when I'm tarping a load.

    The others, I don't know.

I have orientation at McElroy Oct. 21st and if looking neat and respectful is my biggest concern, I'll be fine.
