Well, I have to admit that a lot of it has to do with Knight, but not all of it. And thanks to them a lot of extra profit is being made by shareholders flipping stock. I've talked to many that got out a $9, turned back around and got back in and are looking to hit between 18-20.
I pulled some today expecting it to drop but then increase to at least 18.50 based on what I have seen, heard, read and feel. Gotta go with those gut feelings.
Great 3rd quarter results. USA IS GETTING STRONGER!

Lol, are you day trading from the truck? The last time I checked the ping times of my Verizon connection it was about 234ms. I'm sure that would be enough lag to pose a problem. Good luck.

They turned around and got back in? I think you need to stay in 2 years to get in a better tax bracket. I bought 1500 shares of Ford stock @ $1.87 a share. Even though it is at a bigger price, I got out at $9.50 a share. I still did good. No complaints. The key is to get out at a profit, yet help the company as well.

Ok, let me rephrase. I pulled some, but didn't pull it all because I'm expecting it to continue to grow. I've raked in some profit for safe keeping, but don't want to dump it all because I'm expecting it to continue upwards.

That's to be expected. People grabbing profits. Still I expect to see it higher, just not sure how long it will stay this high.

Yep Knight grabbing profits. Looks like they grabbed some profits on Friday. USA must turn a profit this next quarter to continue this run. John Simones year anniversary is almost over which also means.....wait for it................................his year of improved results over 2012s abnormally terrible numbers is almost over and now the he will own the YOY results.

I am sorry to say this but USA Truck is one of those companies that continue to surprise me by still being in existence. They continue to somehow operate at loss year after year. Almost all their terminals that I remember were put in poorly chosen areas. Poor planning seem like it was a company wide disease. In fact I had any of their stock I would have sold it as soon as i saw any profits.
-
I dont really see anything wrong with the terminal locations. Chicago, Atlanta, Roanoke, Spartanburg, Memphis, Carlisle, Dallas, Van Buren and Phoenix were all excellent spots for terminals unless all of your freight is on the east coast. USA Truck is on the east coast like a crack addiction.Thomas0810 Thanks this.
