Well I found a few small boost leaks. This one here I can't tighten its just a band with no way to tighten it. (Grrr) I will have to cut it off and put a regular clamp on it later. But at least I found something. While I was at it after rereading some of rawze's posts on the isx, I removed and cleaned what I think is the intake manifold pressure sensor and the dela p sensor, these are the first pic. Rob

Rob,
There are 2 maybe 1/4" stainless steel lines side by side going from the egr piping up to the underside of the fuel assembly. Remove these and make sure they clear.
Also, some of the sensors have recesses in the end of them, make sure they're cleaned out.. DO NOT use brake parts cleaner as it will tend to attract more soot sooner. Use either carb cleaner or, 409. Cummins here at home use 409.
Hope it helps. -
Thank you for the tip. I did notice that the bigger of the 2 sensors I cleaned had a recessed hole in it, I tried to very gently clean that out. Some soot did come out. The other one was more like a probe that did have a coating of soot on it but notto bad. I will check out the lines you speak of later, too cold here and limited tools. Thanks for replying, rob

I mean wtf really? so he proceeds to charge me 10 points of off my -10 score so that puts me back at a zero.
