Attempting to get something removed from my DAC report

Thanks, most people do not like it, at all. That's what my grandpa called it when I tried to dismiss ripping the bottom out of the manure spreader because I didn't check the load well enough for baling twine with a shrug and "Accidents happen!" He said, "They don't just happen, people cause them, usually by not doing what they know they should. That's negligence, not an accident, and we can't afford it, and I'm counting on you to make sure they don't happen." Still indelibly etched in my memory. I wanted nothing more at that point in my life than to be permitted to run the equipment and be considered a "hand".

 

I was able to get a comment, that Schneider put on my dac, removed..... I still have the accident from 2009, non-preventable, but it don't say; "ran vehicle off road" anymore....

 

Assuming he was merging into your lane and thought he could make it?
