USA Truck Peoria(IL)?

    Just applied with USA truck today anyone care to share their experiences with them in Peoria or in general.... would search but seems like the forum was using an un-patched version of VBulletin and I am unable to search for anything

    Like i said i will be going to orientation in Peoria from what I have been told I know ill probably be in some roach motel and will bring some raid and a mosquito net for myself do you room alone?? how long is class AM-PM?? weekends free?? trainers??? equipment??? location?? Do i need to bring a GUN!?! (Thats a joke)

    OP doesn't mean South Holland because all we have there is shop personnel and Peoria is an ABF yard. The ABF yards got labeled as "USA Truck" for some reason.

    Since the shop personell are so good at fixin things, the've decided to let them fix the training program too. Starting today all the techs must train the new students also..That's part of the cost reduction efforts...

    anybody have a problem with missing pay like scale ticket ,short run or layover? Or is it just me?

    Occasionally CAT scale tickets do get over looked and you'll have to contact payroll to get it taken care of. I usually just send them an email and they get it on my next check. If short haul or layover pay is missing then that's an issue with your FM. It's been my experience that some of the FM's will lie and tell you that you'll receive pay for something and then not pay you. Sometimes they just forget to turn it in to payroll though.
