Hello I was wondering if any one could help me out with finding a decent company. I got my cdl in 2011 from fox valley technical college in Appleton wi with the ptdi certified course graduate. Also too he wisconsin decision driving center. I'm 26 years old been through three company's who all let me go. First company let me go for training and told me I'd be better off going with one of the bigger guys. Second one let me go for a company policy and I personally felt like they could have just given me more training. Then finally the last company let me go for not a good fit to the company. I know what I am doing. I follow all the laws do not speed. Take my time with things such as backing up and making sure everything is good on the truck so I know before I head out on the open road I do not get a ticket or even a out of service by dot. I want to keep my record clean and my csa score perfect. Any help would be great. I have a clean record and no dot recorded accidents. I'm located out of Omaha ne and would like to find a regional job and have a total of 6 months tractor trailer experience.

You seem just about perfectly qualified for a little outfit out of Omaha called Werner Enterprises.
moosc Thanks this. -
It would help to know which companies fired you, so we know what we're dealing with.
Try these:
Schneider
Western Express
Paschall Truck Lines
PepsiCo Inc.
US Venture Inc.
Carolina Cargo -
Not a good fit for the company? What kind of bs is that?
There's many options for a clean driver with even 6 months.

You were let go by 3 companies in a space of a few month's? I'm sorry but that's a great big RED FLAG to me ! maybe try one of the mega carriers , but something doesn't sound. right .

There are tons of companies in the Omaha area. Hills brothers, Sub zero. I can go on and on. Good area. Dude you can't be picky after you have been fired from 3 companies. You will have to take what you can get. I'm thinking some of those companies may have been a little outlaw, and rookie drivers are so safety conscious. They won't limp a trailer with a flat 2 miles to the tire place.
I do wonder which company policy this guy broke. Some company policies are you can't have an accident during probation (90 days) and you are history.
I'm also thinking the first company let him go because he may have needed more training, and wasn't catching on fast enough.
I think he did good finding the other 2 companies after he had being fired from the first, and I wonder if the OP has ever drove on his own or in the entire 6 months he drove with trainers? -
You might give Knight Transportation a call , they have terminals everywhere . They also do training or refresher coarses . They might also just have you go out with another driver for 2 weeks for supervision . If you do go there , pick the Volvo , as their Internationals suck they are always breaking down !
