Can I get some info on Mercer?

I think there is a big thread on here about Mercer, and Landstar,

What skateboard said, squared. Compared to other places I've been, it's like I died and went to heaven.

 

Skateboard and spyder knocked it outta the park. I agree 100%. Best decision I've ever made was signing on at Mercer. And I'm a van operator. Lol

 

It's really not that hard. After having a "dispatcher" get loads for me for many years, I now pretty much dispatch myself the majority of the time unless something that meets my preferences pops up when I'm driving and can't check the load board myself. I've been here about 3 months and I absolutely love it. But yes, you can have the coordinator run you just like you're used to and never find loads on your own.
