That sounds like fun! Sometimes I wish the girls were older and that I could go with the King .....then I remember that they grow up way too fast as it is. My oldest will be sixteen the middle of next month, time does fly.

And ....sorry, pal ....15 t shirts and tourist trinkets do not count towards a birthday! You'll have to do better than that! ....Your redheaded Irish girl was born on St. Pat's day? .....she should get double the presents!:yes2557:

Hi HTQ :hello2: I turned in my truck earlier this week. I guess I am now one of the ghosts! However, I do intend to return later this summer.

I traveled about 24 hours to get to the Philippines, slept 20 out of the next 24 hours to get rid of the jet lag, then flew a couple of hours more to meet up with Ms. Passport. We will start touring some islands here in the Phils starting this week, then go on to Thailand next month.

    Talking about significant others...
George is on the short side, all grey, and has a green hoodie.
He was walking into a truck stop in Iowa a few days ago,
and a young girl (around 4 years old) was with her father walking out, she said: "look Daddy, a Leprechaun!"

That means that you for sure need to get her a good birthday present ....or you will be in double the trouble! Happy birthday to Miss Patty!

Prayers sent! As passport and jaso said, concentrate on driving safe .....and be too stubborn to give up....the rest will work itself out with time.

Have a great time, passport! Send pictures. Ms. passport is lovely!

    :biggrin_2559:..... too funny!

Nope, not allergies, just the plague. Im getting better.

APU still not fixed. It was in the shop all day yesterday and shop and TK closed til Monday. APU is still throwing alternator codes and not running. Im getting some short runs so I can be back in Rockwall on Monday. Ugh

I hope you get well soon, honeybadger. I always had more colds, etc. when my kids were little .....little guys are just little boxes of germs that they pass on to adults that have no immunity whatsoever from little kid germs! Wait til they start school! A dr. friend told me to eat yogurt everyday, a tablespoon of honey,(now, you all know why I am so sweet :biggrin_25526:), and lemon juice in tea or lemonade. It made sense ...if your body had enough good bacteria going for it then the bad bacteria couldn't take hold. I started doing that and even the kids noticed that everyone stayed well during the school year. That was our experience for what it is worth.

Will it be warranty work on your APU? At least they have you doing some short runs while you have to wait on the shop.....they all add up and it beats sitting and waiting. I hope they find the problem and get you back on the road Monday.
