pilot in pheonix az. got a door withing 10 min of parking on the street. took about 1.5 hrs to finish. went to flying j and couldnt find a spot, so drove over hear at pilot and parked on the curb at rear of truckstop. knew parking would be a pain being so late. but didnt want to go to terminal and loose my empty. got tired of playing that game.

Hangin out at the flying j in El Paso because I have once again forgot about the change to mountain time zone. One of these days I will get it through my head that Texas is in two time zones. I thought I would be an hour early and now I'm 2 hours early and target can't usually unload that early so I'm chillin here for a bit then off to my stops.

Eastbound on I-10 headed for Denton, TX.

Picking up a load at 0200 for a run around in the Dallas area then Sunday I pick up my first load headed home. I have pplans going to pa then p/u in wv then del in nc on tues but I have nothing from nc to va. We will see how this goes.......

The on-site manager called me today saying that Phoenix called him and requested my truck to go to the Ohio target dc starting in April. They are looking for teams who already know the job to start the fleet. Same gig same pay but closer to home and easier to get back and forth for home time. So we are thinking about it and probably will take the offer.

Steve, were you by any chance headed west on I-10 earlier today around noon or so? I saw a black O/O cascadia haulin a swift trailer and seeing as it was the first one I've seen I'm guessing there aren't too many of those out there. I drive a white cascadia so my truck is pretty rare too :) but I do haul a target reefer so you may have seen me if that was you. If it wasn't then I guess I just waved to some random swifty.

Been home for the past week and a half, heading out tonight bound for Dallas again. . Think I have been off work about 6 weeks so far this year. Planning on hitting it hard for the next few months.

Shreveport, LA. Just poking along since I looked at my pplans again. The one tomorrow will not be ready until after 1400 so really did not feel like pushing today plus I am running on the 70 right now. That one can drop anytime on Monday or Sunday. I do not think that I have the hours to get it there by Sunday. Then the one home is a live load at 1600 so why push it. It is only going 300 miles for Tuesday for a drop any time that I get it there. If I figure just right, I will have enough hours to get home, with about 1 hour to spare.

    In KS, somewhere on I-135.

Stopped at a little truck stop on my way to Aurora, CO.
They have some nice stuff here, and I found a pair of jeans in a 35. Those are hard to find!

Just got a message that 'the system' shows that I am running late, please respond.
I've got 480 miles to deliver in Aurora at 1500 for a live unload appointment, with a 15 hour break and 2 to spare in between from the time I shut down! I'll leave at 0600 CST with plenty of time to spare, thank you very much.

I didn't put it exactly that way, but I did say... Don't Panic!, at the end.

Never got that message before, and I don't know where they think I am.
I did get a message back thanking me, saying that the system had shown I was behind schedule and sorry for the interruption.

And then it's back into the shop to fix a coolant leak that's been stinking up my truck.
