Oh brother, their are some great Canadian drivers, but their are enough Canadian truck driving companies that treat their employees real bad to make allot of drivers complain, I hope more Canadian truck drivers find their way into Truckers Report.

 

It's like going to Siberia, except it is on the border of Minnesnowta and North Dakota.

I've worked for a trucking company that used the excuse of a splinter of wood inside a refer as grounds for taking away my safety bonus, safety bonuses are a crock of duck poo.

 

I walked into the Guelph Trans X today, was considering working there, dispatchers were screaming at drivers, someone cut up their furniture, you know that feeling you get when something taint right, I walked out and I wont return, no driver needs anyone to scream at them ever, whether they deserve it or not, Drivers are Ambassadors for the company, dispatchers aught not to bite the hands that feed them.

 

Unfortunately, with some of the drivers we have, I can see why the dispatchers would be screaming on occasion. I've never been a witness to any of it.

Some of our guys are complete morons.

 

Stay away from Jackpot Logistics from Toronto as well - Russian Mafia will lead you to bankruptcy sooner then you realize.

 

I did not mean to hurt any sentiments of any section of the society and my statements with regard to the ethnicity of the owners of Jackpot and the innuendo that they are attached to certain groups, is regretted.
