wal-mart phone interview tomorrow..any insight?

Cal Wally don't you have anything good to say I think private fleet is the best thing since peanut butter I guess you old school but it's new school now and I am going to ride this train until the wheels come off cell phone policy or not or whatever other things you think a private co. Should give to employees make a choice live with it

 

Best thing compared to what? You are the new school that Bentonville hopes will eventually make up 100% of the private fleet. There are people that are thinking about leaving good jobs to come work here and they need to know the good and the bad. Is there something wrong with having a fact based opinion that might help a driver with his decision? Many more will hire on and thats great for Bentonville,at least they hire on knowing both sides of the story

Money is the number one motivating factor for the majority of the new hires. Thats okay the money is very good and there is alot to be made.

well u do get 401k matched at six percent after a year an you can buy wal mart stock with them matching you a percentage with that.. plus you get yearly safe days an the chance to make a 100 grand a year.. my first full check at wal mart as a driver was 3200 before taxes.. thats two weeks.. not bad
