Hub group trucking headquartered in Memphis, Tn (formerly Comtrak Logistics) is mostely an owner company, haweveroes mainly imtermodel work (rail containers) 95% of the loads are either over gross or over axle. They can't be scaled out due to the loads always being nose heavy and the fact that you can't properly position the fifth wheel or the rail chassis or it will damage your truck. Their lease program is a joke and will leave you broke with damaged credit. Furthermore they promised a 3% raise to drivers (3% I know right!) And lowered the rates. You have to check your settlement every week otherwise they will cheat you out of your hard earned money. Did I mention 12-14 hours every day. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting a hold of dispatch. ... There is absolutely no communication between dispach and drivers and they have the worst management of any company that I have ever worked for.

I know plenty of guys making good money there. If you know how to run a business, not just drive a truck, you'll do fine. Wait, what's that in my avatar??? LOL. That's some good reading there OP, lol.

i started to ask one of the driver's the other day right after they changed the decals to hub group, if the company had changed for the better or worse but i didn't. i'm gonna ask a few driver's just for the sake of curiosity.
