To you men who say women can't back...

Forgive me for saying so, but that sounds kind of sexist. Maybe I misunderstood.

Why would it take a woman longer to back up than a man?

Shouldn't a reasonably intelligent woman with the same experience as a reasonably intelligent man be able to back just as well?

 

Ive seen women back better and drive better...im not sexest if thats a word

 

Doesn't matter how long it takes....stay off my grille bumper and headlights and its all good. Lol... Usually doesn't bother me if im waiting for someone to back in. Usually if I see someone, male or female, struggling with a setup on a back, I usually get out and help. Hell....someone has to keeo the old school trucker mentality alive. Have a great day.

 

That was my point. I think op is selling women short.

Maybe men gravitate to trucking in higher numbers, but backing is geometry. Women generally do better in geometry than men.

 

Can't say that I've seen that posted here jungle. Maybe you heard it somewhere else.

 

Where did u come up with this?.....i can honestly say that I never seen a woman cause a accident in a big truck...now 4 wheeler a bunch...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ....

 

I was only saying that because I think women are often not given a fair shake. Cutting yourself slack by saying "it may take longer..." sort of hurts your cause. (I'm on your side.)

Woman and men should be looked at equally in something like driving. Unless your into some heavy securement where feats of strength may be involved. No reason woman can't be equal in driving though.
