To you men who say women can't back...

I dont go by sex or race I go by company....if its a c.r england or celadon or swift I get out and help to make sure my mirrors and hood and light stay protected

 

It should not surprise anyone that a woman can back a truck as well as a man. I mean they have to dance backwards and in high heels.

 

Its an individual thing...backing takes time to learn. Not a m/f thing

LOL Ive seen some women who can back one better than men.

 

It's harder for women to back because they are usually applying lipstick or filing their nails when they are backing. But I saw one female driver use the mirror in her compact to hit a dock. Could a man do that?

 

I have to back you on this. Baton Rouge and Lafayette LA are turning for the same. ESPECIALLY on a Friday

 

There's been times I've had to help guys back.At kb half the job was backing,12 times a day and sometimes it was a tight blindside back.
